OUTSTANDING YOUTH INITIATIVE AWARD !!!
On June 13th, 2007, Young Muslims Canada was awarded 'Outstanding Youth Initiative' for Waste Diversion 2010 at the Islamic Foundation Awards Ceremony. Other Awards recipients include David Suzuki Foundation, Toronto Police, Toronto Fire Department, CAIR-CAN and Amnesty International. Premier Dalton McGuinty [Keynote Speaker] and other notable politicians were present. The award was presented by Minister of Education, Kathleen Wynne.

RCMP Citizen's Academy - Graduated!
The Young Muslims of Canada graduated from the RCMP Citizen's Academy. This was an attempt to help our community better understand the dynamics of law enforcement & intelligence services in Canada. It was also an opportuntiy for bridge- building | Date - April 2007- May 2007

Canadian Blood Services – ‘Milestones 2006’-On May 18th, 2006, Young Muslims Canada was honoured with the "Celebrating Milestones 06" Award for sponsoring three blood drives at the Square One Mall. We would like to thank all of you who donated blood and continue to donate blood. May Allah help us to reach unimaginable milestones in our lifetimes, Ameen.
